About Us
Established in 1982 by Benny Ho, we are a jewellery manufacturer serving clients ranging from high street retailers and international brands, to private labels and independent studios.
Headquartered in Hong Kong and with a production facility in Guangzhou, China, the company is fully equipped to handle the manufacturing needs of our clients, and is run by a tight knit team of 500 employees.
NEVA undertakes all facets of jewellery development from design, manufacture, and export.
From fashion to fine, children to adult, we ensure all items manufactured with us meet industry standards and regulations.
Means of Production
While we have taken steps to automate parts of the production process, and to invest in modern machinery to reduce repetitive tasks, the hands on dexterity and skill of our production team remain paramount to jewellery manufacture.
Due to the highly intricate nature of most designs, each piece will actually be worked on by numerous hands in multiple departments throughout the production cycle.
NEVA has been awarded ISO 45001 for demonstrating solid safety records & procedures, and a Work Safety Standardization Certificate by the China Government for meeting related work safety standards.

We at the company firmly believe that long term product quality can only be built upon a content workforce. This is why NEVA has invested so heavily in staff comfort, and to fully respect both personal and worker rights.
Our offices are designed with an open and comfortable working environment in mind. Our green areas allow employees to relax and enjoy their off-duty hours, going for a short walk, using the exercise machines, or making use of the sporting facilities.
Our accredited in-house testing laboratory allows us to issue official lab reports without relying on third parties. This streamlined system reduced lead times for clients, and ensures our finished goods meet critical requirements for sale.
Recapture & Reuse
Our electroplating lines were set up with the help of Austrian plating experts, and our trained technicians know how to safely and effectively achieve the desired colour tones requested by clients. NEVA uses real gold and silver for plating.
From the start we have also invested heavily in resource recapture and recycle systems, allowing us to recapture 99.9% of precious metal washed out between electroplating baths.
In addition to this, we recycle nearly 60% of our industrial water usage back into manufacturing processes.
